Fencing Outreach

 

Purpose

Our purpose is to help athletes fence at their 100% without the fear or risk of injuries. Fencing is a very one sided sport and a majority of the injuries are the same. There is a lack of exposure for physical training in fencing, leading to fencers developing injuries that are easily preventable. The sharing of physical training knowledge and ideas would decrease the likelihood of fencing injuries and improve performance. The information shared can help fencers return to their former athletic abilities or help prevent injuries from occurring.
